Life can bring upon stressors and trauma that seem impossible to overcome. It may make you feel overwhelmed, defeated, anxious and scared. Counseling can help make these difficult emotions and situations less daunting. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and am trained and certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I utilize a variety of therapy approaches to help those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD and behavioral concerns, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and trauma response, physical/sexual/emotional abuse at any age, life transitions, parenting concerns, and family therapy.
